Tell me if this sounds familiar at all.

You are an accomplished lady. For the most part, you've got your sh*t together. And people seem to think you're doing alright.

You've got a good education, a job, and people who love you. But something seems to be missing.

You've started to sense that there's more to the story than what's going on in your life right now. Something deeper. More meaningful. Something you want to connect to, explore. Something that just feels right. But is just out of reach.

Maybe it's your job, your health, or your relationship. You've been giving it your all, but it just keeps sapping the energy out of you. Letting you down. Draining you.

Or maybe you're feeling frustrated by all the "experts" out there, telling you what you should and shouldn't do. What you should and shouldn't eat. How you should and shouldn't live.

You're looking for something different this time. Something enjoyable. Something that simply makes sense. That feels good. Something that lasts.

Not a diet, but a lifestyle! One that's nourishing on many levels. One that leaves room for stretching and growing and finding the right fit.

You're the opposite of lazy. That's not the issue. And you're driven by a desire to make a difference in the world. And by love and connection. You like the idea of a supportive community, of empowerment and lifelong learning.

But you're also into personal and financial freedom, and you love a good adventure. You've got a list of places you'd like to go and journals from past travels tucked away somewhere in your house. Your heart longs to explore the world, connecting with people whose stories, lives, and traditions are both worlds apart and oddly familiar.

When you hear someone say to follow your passion and do what you love, you automatically like that person. Because you believe it's possible. And not only possible, but essential: To find that thing that lights you up and go out and share it with the world.

Music? You crave it. It moves you and soothes your soul. It's your medicine and your drug. It can change your mood in a second.

Nature? You want more of it in your life. Getting outside gives you a sense of calm and clarity like nothing else. You love plants and freshly cut flowers. You'd fill your house with them if you could.

You don't mind getting a little woo-woo from time to time. But people might not know that about you until they've gotten to know you.

You prefer to see the glass half full and to fill your life with people you love. People who inspire you. Who lift you up and let you be you, in all your glory.

Maybe you're nodding your head yes as you read this. Maybe there's a voice inside of you, nudging you forward, encouraging you to invest in yourself: To take this time for yourself. Not to live up to any sort of expectation. But because you need it.

Because it's been too long since you reconnected with what you really want. With what you love. And because it's been too long since you've taken care of yourself this way.

Let me tell you a secret:

Unless you learn to take care of you, you will not be able to show up in the world in the way you want to.

Until you know and understand and love yourself, and all the things that make you you, you can't begin to heal from whatever has held you back all these years.

Another secret?

It's not as hard as you think. In fact, it's actually enjoyable.

More freedom. More pleasure. More fun.

None of that crazy calorie-counting business. None of those diet gimmicks or quick-fixes that work for a few months and then fade away. And nothing that goes out of style.

Just real, whole, clean, delicious food - for your mind, body, and soul. And a whole lot of love and support from me, your coach and your friend.

You want this. You need this. You know it and you feel it.

And I get you because I've been there. And life is so much better on this side of the fence.

So let's do this together. I'll show you how. Starting here.
