Having Katie as my coach was like having my own cheerleader in my corner rooting on my success. She is kind and gentle and full of love but also inspiring, and she encouraged me to push myself without overwhelming me.

I am actually doing the things I said I was going to do for my business instead of just thinking about them but not taking any action. It is scary at times, but with Katie there as a constant support I feel I am able to do it. I am much more accountable to myself for the things I say I am going to do. I am also eating better than ever and cooking more of a variety of food. I have my son eating much better too thanks to Katie. She encouraged me to keep trying new healthy dinners and I am amazed at the things my son is eating that I never thought possible. Because of this, my husband, son and I eat dinner more often together as a family and we are all eating the same thing! This is so important to me and I don’t think I could have done it without Katie!
The most significant overall change I have noticed has been the positive steps I have taken to develop my business. Signature Six-Month Program
I signed up for a Market Tour + Strategy Session with Katie because I really had very little knowledge and practical information regarding how to choose real organic, energy foods versus foods that are just promoted as such. I also felt that it wise to be in the presence of the food we were discussing simply to gain a better sense of association.
Katie helped me to discover smart ways to shop for food that can be expensive for an average consumer. Also, I am much better at reading labels and planning meals around what is available and reasonably priced than I was before our Market Tour.
My biggest takeaways from the Market Tour + Strategy Session were understanding the difference between food that is grown naturally and food that is not. Sometimes it is hard to be organic 100% of the time and she helped me create a system to cut down on pesticides and other harmful chemicals in the event that an organic substitute is not available.
I would describe working with Katie as an absolute pleasure. Katie is a wonderful, spirited person who understands how changing eating habits can improve every aspect of your life from her own personal experience. If you are completely open and honest about your fears, goals and hesitations, she will provide the most practical advice to suit your needs.
After the Market Tour + Strategy Session, I felt that I could go into any store and make an educated decision about what I should and should not purchase, let alone put in my body. I felt confident about meal planning and with a few tips and tricks also provided by Katie the cooking is far more tolerable. It's been almost three weeks since our Market Tour and my life has completely changed. I have more energy than I know what to do with and I'm more mentally focused on what I love about my work which as a side effect has made me feel happier than I already was. I've also been losing unwanted fat weight consistently every week and with all of the energy I have exercise happens whether I plan to do it or not.

Market Tour + Strategy Session
The biggest tangible change I have noticed has been my commitment to a daily journal that Katie created in a very simple, easy digital format. It's my daily "cheat sheet," helps me keep all of my goals top of mind every day: immunity support/culinary supplements/exercise/mindful eating. And it offers a bonus element: a focus on gratitude.
The most significant overall change I've noticed is a new awareness of cortisol and how it may be impacting my health. I'm now - willingly! - off coffee and black tea. I've started a near daily relaxation-based yoga practice. And I've made a concerted effort to incorporate deep breathing into my daily life.
I would describe Katie as kind, generous, creative, flexible, knowledgeable, helpful, available…shall I go on?! Having Katie in my corner for support, new resource suggestions, and accountability has been the most valuable part of this experience.
