the WRITER

I've been and done a lot of different things in my life. Student, athlete, first-born, (recovering) perfectionist. ER nurse, holistic/integrative/intrinsic health coach, wellness business owner and entrepreneur. Sister, wife, and friend. Plant-based and gluten-free. (To raw milk and grass-fed beef.) Mostly, I'm curious and open-minded. Grounded. And grateful to be here.

And all along the way, I've written about it. In journals, letters, emails, posts, and articles too many to count. For myself, friends and family, my community, team, and clients. To process, reflect, educate, elevate, advocate. To communicate and connect, in an honest and meaningful way.

I write because I love it and also – to make the world a better place. Which is where you come in. Through copywriting, I get to use my words for good. Content, copy, and email marketing to support and grow your business. I take the writing part off your plate, so you can do what you do best. And, quite literally, change the world.

SCREEN

MY LIFE IS AN ENDLESS EXPERIMENT. I'm a deeply feeling, 3/5 generator, cozy taurus, enneagram 3, and INFJ-T. equal parts Global citizen and homebody, city and country, serious and silly.

I know burnout well. Same for dis-ease. These days, I'm building (and helping to build) businesses that complement my life rather than consume it. I am not my job. (Nor do I want to be.) As best I can tell, I am some sort of magical mystical eternal energetic being having my own wild + (sometimes) wonderful human experience. The painfully beautiful, deeply painful, and everything in between. With lots of sunshine, rest, and coffee dates in between.
